The business provides Thai massage and wellness services in person at the premises indicated.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the Website, including its contents, the online appointment booking system and the gift card shop. By accessing and browsing the Website you become a user and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
The purchase of gift cards is also governed by the Purchase and refund terms, and appointment bookings by the Booking terms. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
3. Use of the Website
Access to the Website is free of charge, apart from the cost of the internet connection contracted by the user. The user undertakes to use the Website properly and, in particular, to:
- Not use it for unlawful purposes, contrary to good faith or to these terms, or in any way that could damage, overload or impair its normal operation.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information in the booking and purchase forms. The user is liable for any damage caused by the use of false or third-party data.
- Not make fictitious, bulk or automated bookings. The booking system includes technical limits to prevent such use.
The owner may change the presentation, configuration and contents of the Website at any time and without prior notice, and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.
4. Services offered through the Website
The Website allows you to:
- Book an appointment for a massage at the centre. Booking does not involve advance payment: the service is paid for at the premises. See Booking terms.
- Buy gift cards redeemable for the centre's services. See Purchase and refund terms.
- Contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
The Website is aimed at people residing in Spain. Massage services are provided exclusively at the premises in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, videos, logos, design and code of the Website belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes without express authorisation is prohibited. Users may view and print the contents for personal use.
6. Links
The Website contains links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks, payment gateways). The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their contents or policies. Third parties wishing to link to the Website may do so provided they do not reproduce its contents or give a false or damaging image of the centre.
7. Disclaimer
The owner will do their best to keep the Website available and free of errors, but does not guarantee its continuity or the absence of viruses or other harmful elements, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, telecommunications failures or improper use of the Website by the user.
Information about the massages is for guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have any health condition, are pregnant or have an injury, consult your doctor and let the centre know before your session.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under consumer protection rules; failing that, to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, you can first contact the centre by any of the means listed in section 1. Official complaint forms are also available at the premises, and you may contact the consumer affairs bodies of the Canary Islands Government. The European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in July 2025.
