Booking terms

These terms apply to appointments booked through the form on https://siamthaimassage.es. By submitting a booking you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy.
1. How booking works
- Choose the massage, whether it is individual or for couples, the day and the time, and leave us your name, email address and telephone number.
- You can book at least 30 minutes before the start time, within opening hours and subject to the team's availability.
- When you submit the form you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and a link to manage it. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or call us.
- We will also send you a reminder by email before the appointment.
2. Payment
Booking through the website does not require advance payment. The service is paid for at the centre, at the end of the session, in cash or by card. If you have a gift card, mention it in the booking notes or when you arrive.
3. Cancellations and changes
- You can cancel the appointment free of charge from the link in the confirmation email up to 2 hours before the start time.
- To cancel at shorter notice, or to change the date or time, call us on +34 822 90 91 47 or message us on WhatsApp at +34 610 15 95 85. We will do our best to find you another slot.
- If you do not turn up for your appointment and do not let us know, we may ask you to confirm by telephone before we hold a slot for future bookings.
- If we have to cancel or move your appointment (therapist illness, an incident at the centre), we will let you know as soon as possible by telephone or email and offer you another time.
4. Arrival and duration
We would be grateful if you could arrive 5 minutes before your booked time. The stated duration is the massage time; if you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time so as not to affect the following appointments.
5. Health
Thai massage is a wellness treatment, not a medical treatment. Please let us know before the session of any relevant circumstances: pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, cardiovascular or skin problems, fever or any other condition that may make massage inadvisable or require it to be adapted. The therapist may modify or decline the session if they consider it unsuitable for you. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
6. Your data
Booking data is used only to manage your appointment, is entered in the centre's internal diary (Google Calendar) and is anonymised after 12 months: your name, email, telephone number and notes are erased, and only the record of the appointment (massage, date and therapist) is kept for the centre's statistics.
